App keep crashing when I try to connect with my other phone

I’m trying to transfer out of HW into an iPhone. I’ve tried multiple reinstallations, as well as multiple reconfigurations of the hotspot and where the SIM Card gets placed. Nothing is working. It would be much simpler if Incould connect via QR but the iOS app can’t even produce that when asked to. Pretty much useless.

I currently have a 20 mate pro but my phone company no longer supports the device so I have to go back to my old iPhone 6 which still has pictures and other information on it that I want to keep. If I clone my 20 pro to my iPhone 6 will it delete everything old from my iPhone and I’ll only have whatever is on the 20 pro or will it keep all my old stuff and add everything from the 20 pro.

On “old phone” it promos you to scan QR code on “new phone”, but on the “new phone” there is no QR code to scan. If you attempt to sync manually, it prompts you to turn on mobile hotspot on “new phone” and connect to the mobile hotspot with your “old phone”, but even after doing that, set up indicates that it can not detect any hotspot. This app is a waste of time.

This program doesn’t have connect to android. Or instead of the choice of connect to other iPhone it should contain two option 1 -this is the new iPhone 2-this is the old iPhone

There is a bug right now or something not working - I cannot click “This is the old phone” and start the process
