I used this app before it was transferred or sold to another company, it was good and reliable. It's launch immediately to camera.But now just ads after lanuch. I know this is a way of earning more money but seriously I use security camera if something to happen I need to access it instantly. I don't need to wait. You can put ads into your app but at lease put the close button on it so people can close it instantly. I use other security camera with different app but their app have a better handle the ads than this app. Update: now I can't event skip those ads when I press the x to close it just direct me to the ads /apple store.

Two cameras they work fine. But now when I use them I must first watch ads. I PAID FOR THE PRODUCT. I will not look at ads.

I been using this app for a while and all is working fine, until recently they added ads. Why would you have to watch ads when you are paying for a subscription? That’s ridiculous. Pretty close to find a different company if this doesn’t get fixed.

What should be a trivial process: buy cellular time and activate the purchase on your device is turned into a confusing set of tab options. Purchases sit unused. If you ask for a refund on unused cellular plan, it just sends you to a place to purchase more time. They got the pay language down correctly, but the activate part has obviously been neglected. I’ll tinker with it a bit but if no luck I’ll send the camera that insist on using it back and complain to the manufacturer and trash them on Amazon.

I was really enjoying the app. I use the camera on my hallway to have a view of my stairs that lead to the bedrooms. I wanted something that would alert me at night of any motion should anything or anyone ever intrudes in my home. But now all of a sudden when I open the app I’m met with ads…???? Which interferes and impedes when there is urgency to view the live stream. I already paid for the camera. I don’t understand why I now need to pay to remove ads that were not there before. It’s very upsetting.

Why are there ads all of a sudden? Opted to get the SD/TD card instead of paying over $50 per camera per year for cloud storage. 
After buying the cards, 2 of the cameras will not format the cards. The other 2 are constantly offline. I try to restart and they won’t even do that. I’m away from home a lot and bought these instead of the my normal Wyze cam and man was this a disappointment. They are not consistent, to boot the ads are really a pain in the assIf I had to choose again, I would go with the Wyze cameras. They at least work as advertised and are reliable, affordable, and for god sake don’t have ads that you have to wait to see what’s going on at your home. 
Do t waste your time, energy or your money. 
These are going in the trash soon as I get home as 1 camera won’t record to card and 2 more won’t connect. 
That leaves one camera out of 4 that actually work.

When I first got this camera, it was great. It worked well. Everything went off detection everything. Then it got an update things got wishy-washy. It was semi OK then all of a sudden the ads started popping up. I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. By the time the ads go away. Something could’ve happened that I couldn’t catch in time and it’s a little bit ridiculous that you would have ads on a home security system app. Would not recommend and will be replacing to a different brand of camera.

### ****- "Clear images easy to use app"
Unsure of the negative feedback of app I’ve not experienced the same. It’s been easy to use, add additional cameras. The images are clear and the talk system is clear. I’ve never had a connectivity issue or anything. Only recently, the alarm white light to one of my cameras keep turning on and I’m not sure how this does it by itself. Seems to be a feature that is initiated and not by fluke. Concerned if these systems are hackable? But I wonder why anyone would? I also have no log in history of any other then my own. It’s definitely a concern I haven’t found the answer to just yet. Other than that. I really have no complaints.
