Please add widget support so can quickly turn something off/on 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Normally I used and sign in via Facebook Now I cannot sign in. I try to create new account but I cannot add all devices because I have no box that have qr code on it. Please advise. My user id 10156898240339186. 26.11.2019 : It still not work, I cannot sign in via Facebook icon

Hi Support, I cannot add new devices into app, it alway stuck add adding page after selected device type and it prompted me that my phone not connected to wifi , but it does. I’ve to connect to 2.4 GHz wifi and remove every wifi i connected before. It not working.

Dear Support team, I tried to setup timer (air conditions)I.e 18:30 but the time showed up 18:12. I don’t know what happened and also the air conditions not working as I setup? Could you please fix that?

I can control IR remote in one app, but have a problem with Seijo Denki Air conditional, can’t add equipment to Google Home app, Google Home app can’t see user custom remote app, please update Saijo-Denki remote to remote library ><

TC2 in the IHC app still no current status show whether the switch is ON or OFF It s unable to see for recheck or monitor that the timer is already turn it off or still on. We will know when we reach home and see the timer is not switch off the light for us. The electricity bill goes up coz during the week day we cannot see from webcam whether the light is on or off. Please has status shown same as smartplug would be appreciated.

After update application. Add new timer to air conditioner, add time will be minus 18 minutes.

Every time I set the time then press save the time is minus 18 by itself. My device is rm pro+ After update all saved timer are gone and can’t be added.

The IHC always asks to pair TC2-2 every time I try to turn on or off. Have to kill the app and start again.. Read other review and fount this problem has been for months and still haven’t solve.
