The best audio editor for iPad?
EZ AudioCut (MT) review by David Sparrow - Creative Lead at Art Beyond Belief I’ve been using this app since late July this year. I wrote to the developers soon afterwards pleading with them to make it compatible with a keyboard for the iPad. I’m delighted to say that they have listened and that EZ Cut Audio is now able to take advantage of keyboard short cuts. This came just in time for a very big multi-track project I was working on, and the time saved was huge, so a big thank you from me. Overall this is an excellent app and the developers respond to feedback/ help very quickly The app can be daunting to use at first, but familiarity breeds speed and generally it works well; with a keyboard it works very well. I would like to see: When you have a screenful of clips, it would be great to be able to write notes on individual clips to identify their content (otherwise you are going back and forth listening and believe me after two or three hours, it gets very tiring). It would also be helpful to be able to colour code clips so they can be quickly and easily identified within the project. Finally, great as the keyboard shortcuts are, why can you not nudge the curser with the right-hand placed >^< keys? I hope the above comments will be taken on board; if they are this will become a truly great audio tool. As it is now it is a very good one, and well priced. I finished my project on time, the sound quality is superb. I recommend it as it is and hope for what it could be…
