1. The platform releases information on the observed effect and usage of special purpose foods and medicine. Users should think about their own situation before using them or consult with a healthcare professional if needed. 

2. The pictures, health and wellness information published on the platform have been verified and supported by the platform, but they are for reference and general knowledge only. 

3. If users want to order certain health devices, special purpose foods, medicine, etc on the platform, please consult with our staff.

5. Uwellness 's scheduling system covers appointments for both our own and partner doctors’ groups, To make an appointment, the website connects to relevant hospitals, departments, and experts. Follow-ups are provided by the groups you have selected, and you are responsible for working with them on your own.
6. The platform provides a access portal for doctors. Doctors are fully responsible for the authenticity and legality of personal and practice information. If users take certain actions from this information but suffers losses from the process, the doctors shall bear full legal responsibilities and compensation. 

7. The doctors are responsible for their own remarks, diagnosis, and treatment plans. The platform does not bear any legal liability caused by the doctors. 

8. The advice provided by the doctors based on the symptoms described by the users should not replace the face-to-face diagnosis by practicing doctors. Whether to adopt the advice or not is decision of the users. 

9. The " appointment service” provided by doctors is that the users make an appointment request directly to the doctors. The doctors decide whether to accept the users’ appointment requests based on the doctors’ availability on their own. 

10. As a health service platform, if the platform fails to update practice information of hospitals and doctors, please confirm the actual information with the serving hospitals and doctors prior to any services.
11. The comments of users published on the platform, including but not limited to sharing of their own experience, comments on doctors, hospitals, etc., are sole expression of the user's personal opinions, and do not represent the position of the platform. 

12. Whether users accept the comments and information published by other users, or take certain actions based on the information, it’s purely the user's personal choice. 

13. If any statement in this disclaimer conflicts with the laws of the United States, such statement will be reinterpreted in full accordance with the laws. We reserve the right to change the above disclaimer and other terms at any time.
