最近剛接觸冥想, 下載了好多app來嘗試看看 大部分都還不錯, 但特別喜歡它的極簡感!! 使用上很容易上手 現在已經養成晚上睡前都會先打開來冥想十分鐘在睡覺了 用了幾天想自訂呼吸就解鎖了 還不錯用 而且結束還可以紀錄冥想心得 推啦!!!
