僕はいつも独自の瞑想をして心を落ち着かせているのですが、少ししか効果が出ませんでした。 ですが、このアプリを使うととても効果がありました。 使いやすく睡眠の質も上昇しとても気分がよかったです。 皆さんにも使ってみてほしいです。

シンプルで余計なものがない点は気に入っています。できれば鐘の鳴る回数を自分で設定できたらなぁと思います(インターバルベルの事ではありません)。瞑想の始めと終わりに各1回鐘が鳴りますが、例えば瞑想終わりには鐘を3回鳴らす、等の細かい設定ができると良いなと感じました
