Dear developer and HS manger, Please change back the mobile app can using the old complex password that support both English + number + special characters. Now only have six digi number same as ATM card is lower the security!

Terrible bank
Cannot access my account and cannot use the app outside HK. Hong Kong banks are by far some of the worst in the world.
Doesn’t load
Stuck at loading screen eternally with a spinner and that’s it.
The worst bank app I’ve used
Every time I open the app I need to wait a minute or two to “update” even if I’d just updated the app from the App Store. Every step I try to take in the app is extremely slow and cumbersome. So sad.
The app crashes now after update
It just crashes immediately when opening it. It cannot be used anymore. The bank was contacted but no response or reply. Other banks’ app are also used and they have no issue. Only Hang Sang Bank fails.
Worst banking app
This is simply the worst banking app I have ever used. Hang Sang being such a large corporate bank cannot even hire decent UI/UX designers to create a decent bank app. This says a lot about their bank. Using the bank app makes you want to shoot yourself because you will never be able to accomplish anything you try to do. I have never used a banking app where I would rather physically go to the bank instead of use their app. What a disgrace.

i spent 2 hours n only downloaded 2%. i can’t use.
Why keep updating so frequently?!
Almost every time opening the app requires an app update...
