The goal is that every time you open the app, you can see your "kryptonite" image – the one that motivates you most to make small sacrifices like doing 5 minutes of physical activity, not eating an unhealthy snack, etc.
Topics: This is a list of key topics across 2 categories: Food and Fitness. Each topic is designed to help you achieve a healthy life and not give up. Through these topics, you can chat with the virtual assistant Wuardiang to get information, ideas, help, and motivation to lead a healthy life and maintain the routines needed to lose weight and feel good physically and mentally.
