SkillBridge BD is a newly established manpower recruiting agency in Bangladesh, founded in 2024, with a clear vision to transform the recruitment landscape for blue-collar workers. One of the significant challenges faced by workers in Bangladesh is the exorbitant fees they are often required to pay to secure overseas employment. This issue largely arises because many recruitment agencies rely on sub-agents or brokers to source workers. These intermediaries frequently exploit workers, charging them substantial amounts of money, which inflates the overall cost of the hiring process. As a result, recruiting agencies struggle to control these expenses, and the burden ultimately falls on the workers.
At SkillBridge BD, we are dedicated to solving this problem by offering a completely sub-agent and broker-free recruitment process. We believe that a fair and transparent recruitment system should not burden workers with unnecessary costs. Therefore, our entire recruitment process is conducted online, utilizing the power of social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as local newspapers and electronic media, to reach out directly to potential candidates.
