Bus times never show on my app unfortunately.

The pop up video ads waste data and cannot close short, making estimated arrival time of buses less useful

There are still room for putting more advertisements. What about making the entire screen an advert broadcast and bus route info only pop up once?

Cannot think of a more useless app than this. The bus timing is so ridiculously inaccurate that at least 50% of the time the bus will be 10-15 mins or more later than predicted. On most routes this means you have a better chance of catching the bus by turning up at a random time. Clearly this useless app is just a way for KMB to get more advertising revenue. Typical monopoly. I will delete this piece of rubbish.

1. Full page of advertisement shows that they don’t care about customer they only care about the profit. 2. I’m not sure how this app detect the bus track but sometimes those bus disappear from the station or the arriving time is completely off chart. 3. Really really many ads

Need the app thought this I the genuine one but downloaded twice seems crashed only. Wanna save some time but waste your time actually.

Stop packing the app with full page ads that you cannot close. KMB aren’t that desperate for revenue. This would be a great app if it wasn’t for the typical Hong Kong attitude of advertising everywhere. Stop it.
