My playlist on Apple Music wont shuffle more. Even via wifi or hotspot. I have done everything but there is still the same problem

impossible to sign in

Whenever I listen to music and pause it to watch a video on youtube or any other platform and then unpause the song, for some reason it starts to play the song at the highest volume possible. It’s pretty annoying.

This is really frustrating, cannot add new playlist, add new songs to my old playlist, some songs cannot be played and app just freezes! Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but in vain. Been using iphones for long and i’m pretty sure that this is happening because i prefer not updating to the new ios as battery doesn’t last long after updating. Happens everytime. We already paid for our old iphones and will not invest in new ones now. At least give us a proper service please.
