I recently purchased the light and fan combination, and despite following instructions, the device doesn’t even attempt to pair with the app. It only works with the remote.

I just get a ceiling fan/lamp combo and connected my phone to it. Worked just great! I decided to hook up the phone on the nightstand to the device as well and now my phone app no longer works. Who makes it so that only a single device can connect to this? How does that work when you live in a family where multiple people need to control the device.

The light works great with the remote except for the fact that when I select the night light function, it turns on the bottom light as well which is too bright. The app will also not connect with the light which was the whole reason I purchased this.

i tried to connect the fan to my phone because i’m tired of the remote but this app is just cheeks don’t bother

App won’t connect to device. Help is all in a different language. I’m deleting the app and instead using the remote

I installed a fan for my mother and couldn’t get the remote to work so I downloaded this app and boom, took a little patience but works great.

Ugh!! It won’t pair with the app not sure what I’m doing wrong but the light itself is great. Super bright if needed and three different lighting tones is perfect for any mood. Esthetically pleasant. If could pair with the app it would’ve been perfect

I’ve tried several times to pair this fan / light but it won’t pair using the app. So can’t use the app to control the the fan / light.

APP doesn’t work, I spent half hour to pair, but fail, waist my time.

The app says to scan the QR code on other device however it does not work.
