AppRaven: Apps Gone Free

I emailed to advise that i was deleting and then downloading your app again to see if i can connect the app to data but its worse and its not downloading anything now. I attempted to reach you by website but I can’t connect to that either. I see there is another user that had similar prob the other week. Is it an ios18 update issue ??

For some reason there seems to a network error message not loading last few days . Might i also suggest that you have a separate tab specifically for actual app that promoting their legitimate promotion as lifetime free ; or they specify the exact terms of their promotion. I find that amongst hundreds of apps on your website & this app , 99% are in fact not free once we tap on it to download & try. Which essentially is both misleading (failed advertising) and defeats the purpose of being on your app. I hope to see more genuinely free apps (that means no ads & actually lifetime free $00 subscription) so that we can try them & support the indie developers through sharing the apps we feel are worth buying & subscription. I’ve often ended up buying subscriptions to developers new additional apps after initially getting their first app as a lifetime free subscription because I was so impressed with their product quality)

The ability to create and explore public collections is a game-changer—I’ve found so many useful apps I would’ve missed otherwise! This app has saved me so much money on apps and does all the hard work letting you know when saved apps go on sale. It’s the first app I open every day and the developer is very responsive to feedback and continuously updates everyone on progress of upcoming updates. In fact one of the most responsive developers I’ve ever come across. 2.0 is very close to launching so support this guy with his hard work and you’ll be rewarded equally with the savings you’ll get. Well worth the subscription.

Highly recommend! 1. Keeps tracks of all types of apps- iOS, iPadOS, MacOS. 2. Developer is active within the community and very responsive. 3. You will save so much money or get your money’s worth back.

Bought the lifetime subscription to support the devs. Only improvement is to give us an option to disable Mac apps. It just makes a publisher’s page more cluttered, messy and redundant since I’m only interested in iOS apps. Also, the search bar needs a major overhaul. Whenever I type a shortcut, the results show apps/games that don’t have the shortcut in their names. It is only when you finalise the search (by pressing the search button) that the correct apps show up. For example, typing “Grand Theft” will show up apps like “Grand View”. It is only when you press enter that the correct results of all the GTA games appear.

I really like this app. I only wish modifying lists were easier, as right now it takes a few steps to add and remove an app from your list. Otherwise, I appreciate how useful this app has been for me. Also, I didn’t expect such a responsive community on top of the app price-tracking to some lists I’ve made. :-)

Irritated that I wasn’t told appslice was shutting down; I know they had my email because that’s how I got alerts. Can’t access my wishlist that was many years in the making. Also, now we have to pay to get an alert on an in-app purchase price change; doesn’t this kinda defeat the purpose of trying to save money? Feels like loyal users of many years got abandoned then told to subscribe to get what they once had. New app is messy and confusing. I’ve tried for months to like this but, just don’t.
