Could do better!
Just a couple of things... 1: Don’t bother doing the order and collect option. Despite paying at the time of making the order on the app, and giving them a collection time, never once have they had the food ready. In fact, despite ordering online well ahead of collection, they only start preparing the order when I get there, I might as well go there and order and not bother with the app. 2: They don’t retain my card’s (debit/credit) details and I have to input them every time. Even if the there was an option to let the app retain the details it would help.
