Not intuitive as to how to add a profile, remove a profile and doesn’t seem to want to hold anything that is preset.

Had this shower for 4 years now. The shower works great but the whole point of it is the app, now on its third iteration. Reset shower, got shower connected to app, shows shower as 1 outlet, ours has 2, you can chose second outlet to fill bath, but it then point blank refuses to update the profile.

App is a waste of time, sometimes it starts the shower, sometimes it doesn’t, have to use the remote to stop it every time as the head unit won’t stop the shower either Trying to adjust the temp from the app, change outlets or anything isn’t responsive Not what I expect when paying £1500 for a digital shower Update - still having constant issues after 6 months, have spent 32 minutes on hold today (sent a email earlier in the week and no reply) the wait time somehow keeps increasing. Shower turns itself randomly without any input from me and from time to time will start ‘glitching’ that it’s trying to start, makes its arming noise, stops and resets, it will do this constantly until I turn it off at the power source, (which means climbing into the loft every time) Sometimes starts doing it at 2/3am Had pretty much every part replaced, numerous times and now just being ignored by the company.

This app is a joke. Followed the setup process to the letter and the 4 digit wifi code never appears on my network. Now when I turn the power off for two minutes and try the setup the shower just turns on when I press and hold the power button. I have a lot of home automation, lighting, blinds, washer, Dryer, dishwasher, heating, smoke alarms etc and they all work fine. I paid extra for this feature and it is a software shambles.

Avoid until the next software rewrite is released and then review the comments. If I could give the app zero stars I would !

Now the app allows for two users using the same shower , can the person using the shower lock the shower so nobody else can adjust it ? so two accounts can’t control the shower mid shower.

Can’t change temperature or diverter outlet from the app. Wish I’d bought the Mira shower I wanted rather than let the supplier persuade me Aqualisa was just as flexible.

Unable to connect so I don't even get a chance to prove or disprove all the negative feedback.

Updated the app hoping for improvements and its now even worse - if that were possible - than ever. Maybe if they replaced the Bot Chloe with an actual app tech, we may get somewhere.

Disappointing that Aquilisa has still not released a more comprehensive app for their premium showers. I was told over 6 months ago this was happening and it still hasn't. The current app is so basic in functionality it's almost not worth using when it should have much more detailed information on usage etc. My app recently threw me off, wouldn't allow me to connect and I had to set up a new account to get the thing running again. Not impressed.
