ARB Zero Fridge Connect

Downloaded the app easy enough but it’s not fully functional. Can’t even power the fridge on or off from the app. Called ARB tech support, they couldn’t do anything, said to just report the problem in the App Store. That was a road to nowhere. So, no resolution. Really ARB???

I have two of these fridges, and in both situations, the app can never find the device. If I go into my IPhone’s Bluetooth settings I can EVENTUALLY find a device called “Misc”, which doesn’t connect. I have also tried with an Android, which can find the device outside the app, but Android rejects it as an invalid Bluetooth device. I have tried both environments, both in Bluetooth “open” an “closed” modes, also by scanning the barcode. Nothing works.

Controls both of my ZEROS’s. Be careful you know which side is which on the 63 qt model, because it can be confusing and you can set the temp for the wrong side.

No attempt from ARB to fix the app. It's so trash. I feel like I should get a percentage of my money back as this “feature” doesn't work!!! Doesn't connect to the fridge. Qr code scans and does nothing. Can't find a Bluetooth connection on my phone settings. It's pure trash. Did ARB not pay the app developers their money in time for the launch!! They just took what they could get and hoped for the best. Really would expect more from a reputable company such as ARB. Sort the app out!!! No excuses!!!

You can scan the barcode it doesn’t pull up. The search tab in the app doesn’t work you can press it with your finger but nothing happens. I spent $1800 on the set up and I cannot control the fridge from my phone as advertised.

The fridge is great. The app is junk and doesn’t connect to the fridge.

Great fridge, app won’t connect, it’s brand new, tried deleting and reinstalling. Garbage..

The app is great and quick response by the fridge and good options to play with but only if there was an option to have a warning when the lid is open and a way to show the wattage, the user interface can be enhanced in the future but overall its a great app to control my Zero fridge

I have ARB Series II cooler and the also the Zero series. The app for Series II works great but this new app for the Zero is not working properly - while running on AC, the voltage field is blank.

This early version does and displays all the things you need and expect to see. It’s clean and easy to use. A great way to monitor your ARB zero. A minor bug is the “Mode presets” do not save after the app is restarted. It’s no big deal, and not worth taking a star off. If I may, a future enhancement of notifying the user when the refrigerator has reached it’s desired temperature, would be a nice extra feature. In any case I LOVE my ARB Zero refrigerator. It’s obviously been designed by somebody who has been there and done that.
