Arby's - Fast Food Sandwiches

I love coming to this location. I believe it’s the manager I see all the time. He is always kind and pleasant. I have never had a negative experience at this location.

While we love the app and the special offers, there are several modifications that you cannot make on the app which means that you still have to order at the store if you actually want to get your order the way that like it. Also, not being able to add extra items means the company is potentially missing out on additional sales. Just my two cents.

App rarely works and I can never sign in. I never receive any promotions because you don’t allow our location.

Foods always ready when I get there usually under 10 min, and most importantly my order is always correct!

There’s hardly any deals on the app

Easy to use and very convenient

The chicken is outstanding, now they have a fish sandwich. It’s about time they put some respect on Arby’s.

I wish that you could also earn rewards for purchases made.

I hate that every single freaking time I use the app I have to reselect my store location! It’s absolutely annoying and ridiculous! It won’t let you do anything until then. Why? Why? Why? Do I have to do this? Isn’t the app smart enough to see my nearest location? It should save my favorite and give me an option to select nearby if I’m not near that one. Surely Arby’s can figure it out?!

Some people don’t like the onion bun on beef and cheddar sandwiches how about add the choice to get a regular bun in the app
