I have played this game years ago I believe in 2014-2015 it’s been fun at that time and all but at some point I stopped playing I don’t remember when, and now even though I find the game p2w I wanted to play again but couldn’t due being unable to get a reset password mail even though the email is correct and tried to send get support from their support forum but no response at all how unfortunate…

The more you see how scammy the game is. Ex: People troll the auction house in order to buy/sell to merchers in game. Item in auction house priced at 25m, in actuality it’s only worth 8m. Then people buy/sell at inflated price. Plat valuation is absolutely bonkers. A pet 1200plat is only worth 200k in game whereas auras priced at 1700plat go for 120m+. The forum is gatekept so it’s almost impossible to buy/sale at fair pricing. Stay away - this game is ran by scammers and awful crybaby mods.

I used to play the game when i was younger I think I was being toxic in game and got banned forever had good amount of money and time in the game. Lmk if I can be helped at all would love to continue playing just know it would be a pain to get back we’re i was in game have all account information also

They don’t care about anything the community has to say, pretty much everything beneficial is locked behind a paywall, pvp has 0 importance to them because “it doesn’t pay the bills” and they just need to sell the game to better developers that will actually care about the game because this team of devs just get worse and worse as time goes on and they won’t sell the game, they just keep adding paywalls and say if you don’t want to pay then just don’t play.

Love the game!. I just wish you could have female warriors, female sorcerers and for the boys and men a male rogue. Have more choices than those three. Say maybe a Hunter or Bounty Hunter can be put in the story line. Male and Female that is. Hunter/ Bounty Hunter go hunt down the Big Bosses and Mini Bosses, Necromancers, Monsters, etc. etc. etc. Just a thought.

Game is empty and lonely. Made a hc and died a few times but remade and eventually got to max level mostly by my own skill. They make seasons in this game now but its a big farce. Things to fix in the game: 1) make seasonal characters unable to party or trade or auction with old characters and only with current seasonals until season ends. After season ends let them interact completely. 2) make hc unable to join with players that are out of level range. I couldnt join with 86 when was 81 during the easter egg event. The game should be like this in every map every day. Right now people make a character and then exploit the game to be max level with very few kills in very small amount of time. There is nothing hardcore about cheating the game and then goin and making ap point safely. (The LB is full of this) If you couldn’t party with a past season character and you had the level limitations for partying in place there would be more people playing the game together. The way it is now is there are a few older toons that will make you their pet and you follow along and never play but just stay back and obey their commands like stand here - wait by this rock - come when tell you it clear... This is not the type of gameplay that is fun or rewarding. 3) make the drop rates increase. Why is decent loot so hard to come by? Final note to anyone considering the game - I spent real money on what was claimed to be guaranteed chests where after 300 opens ($130 in Platinum) you are guaranteed an arcane item that is best for your characters class. Well after doing this twice I received the same guaranteed item. After asking support to replace the copy item and being refused, that was enough to drive me to commit suicide with my LB HC and delete the game.

Game is going to trash and needs to just die off already😂. Quit the game and came back after a while and my account is banned for 0 reason, and it’s funny it doesn’t even tell you why. This game is such a dead joke.

I played this game at launch, got bored and quit. Just downloaded again after around a decade to see that the three classes this game offers are still the same three classes! Wow devs, talk about lazy!

Okay I wanna say that this is unprofessional and you guys are not gonna flip in on me saying that I’ve violated the policy. That’s the funniest thing I’ve ever heard within a game. Imagine getting banned for popping back up online after a good time. It’s a shame how they’re banning people out of spite for not being active. This game along with the game developers don’t have a clue what they’re doing. They take days to deal with a scammer but when it comes to us getting banned for inactivity they don’t mess around. Their whole team is backwards and they don’t listen to the community about ideas. They want you to think they listen but really they don’t. They also still promote pay to win still after so many years. Pop the can for the developers, they are money hungry evil people that make garbage that doesn’t even really help you with the high level game maps. All people ever talk about is how they are pay to win and they get mad like babies and ban people for speaking on it. I call that being childish and money hungry. So long Arcane but I’m not playing until the developers stop making this game pay to win. Y’all gotta stop the childish nonsense. You guys are really begging to have less players. I’m just happy I joined arcane when it was actually good a long time ago but now they went mad. The IQ ain’t really that high of theirs when they’re getting rid of people when they’re making everything pricy along with people quitting. I said it all in this text, all the good reviews are people that are crazy spenders or either their favorite. But if you ever end up wanting to take a break, this ain’t the game for you. That’s all to it…Unbelievable
