I fixed day to had more chance to fight double boss, and now every day’s events dont reset for me, even the free heroes piece event . How can i fix that

My account was banned for no reason, the game said i cheated when i was playing normally. I contact support team and got no respond after almost a week. Very disappointed although i really enjoy the game
