Tired of constantly getting locked out every time there’s an update

Constantly have to log out and log back in as well as delete and redownload when the app does not respond or work.

“When” it works it is nice and very helpful but the apps reliability is genuinely terrible and has somehow only gotten worse over the years..

It will either kick you out or it will freeze until you delete the app and redownload it. Forced to use because of company choice. Company said it was cheap operating cost.

Have to unload an reload every week or two?

This app is terrible. It says my password is invalid or glitches a few times a month. Very frustrating

It goes blank screen every time I try to login, they never should have changed the app. It worked great before, what a piece of crap

This new release has been very on point. Login issues fixed and smooth process from end to end. Good job Arcos!

Having and issue after update won’t let me open to see roster, device or Home Screen. Always have issues after updates. Worst app I have ever used. Had to give 1 star cuz it would allow me to give no stars.

This app only works after multiple phone calls to IT dept to reset password. Every update resets my password and I’m forced to call monthly to change it. Why do any industries still utilize this pile of unsupported garbage? Obviously they don’t read the reviews. It’s a terrible, barely working app.
