This app has SO many issues including saying it put your order in before you’ve even paid and then emptying out your cart, and adding on mystery fees every time you press a button to move forward to check out. -100/10 WOULD NOT USE THIS APP IF I WERE YOU. And the customer service is ATROCIOUS.

I love the Arctic Fox website and I like that it has been converted into and app, but the app needs a bit of work. Firstly, you can’t find the tools and merch (or if it is there it’s really hard to find). Secondly, if you order something off of the website (while logged in) it won’t show up in your orders on the app. I’m just going to stick to the website 😅

So happy my favorite hair color brand has their own app now! 🥰🤩🌈
