EconomyBookings - Car Rental

Unfortunately, I booked a car through the application in Sarajevo and paid a comprehensive insurance. When I arrived at the company to receive the car, I required me to pay another insurance, and the company informed me that they do not recognize the insurance paid for the application, and I required me to pay a deposit of more than 1,350 euros, which will be refunded upon delivery of the car. Unfortunately, I have now completed 10 days and the amount has not been returned. This is bad behavior. Beware of everyone not to deal with this application..!

It's a scam and they are fraud company, they charge you 60 euros “processing fees” if you want your money in your credit card, they claim it's free cancellation and I had more than 48 hours to my booking , it's not and never book through them

You deal with unreliable rental cars companies such as DMR etc ….

Don’t deal with this scammer app/website

Please guys don’t use this app at all they charged me and their supplier refused to provide the service for invalid reasons and I guess due to high demand and shortage in cars he decided to not provide the rented car through this app and unfortunately I could not get any support from economybooking or even refund my money..it is completely fraud

I wrote to them about how the rental company refused to handover the rental car unless I pay them over-exaggerated insurance ($190 for one day) even though I already purchased insurance thru economybooking. I followed up for almost couple of month with a very I do not care attitude.

Beware of dealing with this app because they disclaim any responsibility for anything once they receive the money! I paid an insurance amount with full coverage, but when I arrived in Turkey, the office forced me to pay an additional amount. Also, I paid a refundable deposit but they never gave me my money back. and I sent my complaint to this app and they ignored it and didn't respond.
