Needs to improve its interface, why different login for parents of siblings
When you have all data of the students like class, section, date of birth(DOB), parent information, homework submissions etc already in Argus@Home then how are report cards with wrong date of birth being generated in the Argus Parent application. Been following up since the day report cards were generated but still find DOB wrong. If both applications have same interconnected data then why so much time to correct the DOB and regenerate correct report card. Moreover why parents should login again and again if their kids are in same branch of EuroSchool. Why do parents need to login from different accounts for siblings, there should be easy switch options from one child’s information to another for parents.
