Es "simple" de usar y es bastante útil CUANDO funciona, pero ahí está el problema. No tiene forma directa de ver cuánto tiempo te queda o de desaparcar, tienes que tener suerte y que la app te localice para que esto suceda.

Mala la aplicación no,lo siguiente. Una M.....A .cambias 4calles cuando se acaba la Ota y sigue sin dejar hacer un nuevo pago. Lamentable. Pero que muy muy lamentable
No hay forma de contactar con ellos
He tenido problemas porque me han cobrado dinero que no aparece en la aplicación. Es imposible contactar con ellos y ver el histórico de los cargos. Recomiendo no la uséis.
No se factura directamente de la tarjeta
No se factura directamente de la tarjeta de crédito/debito; tienes que hacer recargas, y tampoco te da opción de hacer la recarga con el valor que necesitas, solo valores € preestablecidos por la aplicación…
Atención al cliente
La verdad es que me descargué la aplicación para poder pagar el parking en Zarautz un día. Hubo un problema en el sistema y me cobraron mal, pero pudieron ayudar y súper bien! Muy buen trato a pesar del fallo.
Devolución dinero monedero
Solicité devolución del dinero del monedero de arinpark y fueron muy eficaces en la gestión y devolución.
