Ariston NET

I have missed som easy paarig instructions, I could not paar my device twice. I have mossed the temperature history as well, so me it is still not clear, if the eco-mode just sets one temperature or sets a complete plan for a week. I would be nice, if the device could heat more and store the energy if the electricity mix is green or if the electricity is cheep! Thanks for checking the passible set.

I am using so far Aqua Ariston Net for a hybrid water heater and now get the info to change to Ariston Net. While I see a point to streamline apps into one please use the proper working functions and do not step backwards. In the previous version you could change from screen to screen by swiping left or right - now a selection in a drop down menue is needed. While in the old app you could see on the home screen at one glance which temperature you had in the boiler compared to the selected one as all was one big circle you now need to “translate” the number in the middle comparing to your selection in the outer circle. While in the old app you could see at one glance which temperature you had selected in the timing scenarios with dots in a circle now you need to guess what different colour is displayed. Also what in the FAQ was described re. taking over the saved times only worked for the current scenario but all the other ones saved in the old app did not show up in the new app. While on the energy screen you were able to see the current year at in glance at the bottom now you need to do an additional selection to get to that view. While in the old version you got for the hybrid heater the consumption shown for the normal mode (i.e. heat pump) at the bottom and only the exceptional energy consumption by the heating element at the top it’s now the other way round which makes comparison a bid more difficult. In the old app you had in the service part displayed an email address as well as a service number to call or were shown how to find the next service center now it’s reduced to an email address. So there are a few things to improve in this app i.e. get back to the level you where already.

The new version is much better , especially the fonts are better to read. The app however crashes when trying to ‘set’ the ‘location’ of the Ariston device.

Aggiornamento 4 giugno 2024. Dopo che l’iPhone si è aggiornato a iOS 17.5.1 l’app Ariston ha ripreso a funzionare. In tutto questo tempo l’assistenza non è ‘ stata in grado di capire il problema. Prima recensione Maggio 2024. Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento lo scaldabagno non è ‘ più visibile da questa app. Ho un iPhone 15 sempre aggiornato. Per fortuna con home assistant riesco a pilotarlo. Ho scritto al servizio assistenza ma non è’ servito a nulla.

Scusate ma dall’ultimo aggiornamento mi è scomparso tutto il mio profilo in app. Non c’è più la programmazione. Cosa è successo??

Ancora una volta dopo l’aggiornamento dell app sparisce la funzione acqua calda sanitaria. Già successo qualche mese fa ancora un volta non è possibile controllare la programmazione e l’impostazione temperatura acqua calda sanitaria.
