Worst app I have ever downloaded!!!

Hi why doesn’t the app open after I downloaded it and clicked open Please help

1. Link to verify email address returns a ‘Page not found error’ 2. Ditto for account deletion. It therefore seems impossible to delete my account!

When the app is working it is great. But 70% of the time when I log in it doesnt connect and I have to arm / disarm from the keypad.

When the App works, I’d give it 5 stars - but mostly I am unable to login. When I add my pin to login, it loads and loads and nothing happens. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the App, no luck. I can’t even log in to submit feedback.

Cannot change email address to verify - makes the A and O - automatically in email address Cannot deactivate alarm from app - Cannot bypass zones - Just constant annoying problem after problem Useless app - cannot believe user by ADT and other prominent security companies - Find a replacement - useless !!!

No matter how many times I select “remember me” the app boots me out every so often. If I’m in an emergency and need the app signing in just buys criminals more time. Biometric sign in must surely be a part of this. Upgrade please.

After updating the app it gives me a warning that it’s linked to another user’s account of which my account has never been used by anyone else except our devices at home. When I tried scanning with the latest apple phone it doesn’t scan the QR code only allows manual mode only the iphone 8 that reads it however it gives us the same message “this panel is linked to another user account”. Kindly assist with the better App.

So I signed up the first time I think I put my email wrong now yesterday the app sign me off Now I can not access the app no matter what thou the phone number is correct when I reset the password

Great app. Just one thing that’s a bit annoying, I get at least 3 notifications when I arm/disarm my alarm. I also get 3 notifications about the AC battery being off/on and when my battery power is on low/OK status. All 3 of the same notifications come all at once depending on the event. Please fix this bug. Thanks
