ROG Tessen not work, make it work please. I believe there are a group people meeting this issue

Can’t click on anything after registering.. says I can register my product or finish my profile but when I click on it nothing happens… anywhere in the app… kinda poor experience imo

Can’t connect via QR code nor Login. (Even with the Windows 10 mobile hotspot method). 4.5 Year Later update: it’s STILL not staying connected and I have a 2023 laptop as opposed to my old 2020 model.

I’ve came from Bose headphones I really enjoy the highs and lows from these headphones listening to music gaming great my only issue as of right now will be the battery but when your headphones are doing what these are doing I’m ok with it.

App worked as expected till updating to iOS 18. Try different methods of repairing to reinstall and no success. Works fine on other platforms. Devs need to fix the iOS 18 issues.

This is so broken on iOS. Never loads, rarely works. I’m unable to change the EQ on mobile from flat and somehow keeps reverting when I connect my phone. The noise cancelling is awful.

This feature has a lot of promise, but its riddled with bugs. As others have said, once you leave the app it disconnects from your computer. Getting it reconnected again is a pain. Logging in sometimes results in a forever loading screen, and i often have to manually restart the app to get it to work again. I was hoping to have a convenient way to monitor heat and change gaming modes for my laptop, but this aint it. The functionality is there, but its done poorly. Hopefully asus will update it eventually.
