Confirm this it team made this app is considered the worst team. Totally useless app and why and how this is useful to the customers only that failed team developed and tested this app can tell. No use.login to this app takes you to another 1* rated app where you cannot do anything.

Can’t authenticate to manage my modem. App simply doesn’t work.

Overall, the setup was pretty simple. The only problem is that I can’t figure out how to change the password for the login. I got the password changed easily and then changed the SSID and password for the router, but nowhere do I see a spot to change the username from the default. Help?

Don’t waste your time. Tech support is not free. I’ll be deleting the software and returning the modem as well. I will never buy another Arris product again.

Can’t access app or use controls unless your actually home, and connected to wifi . So if your wifi goes out you can’t even connect to the app etc . Just terrible to use all around

The equipment works great but this app is completely useless. I cannot even get into the app because the default login info does not work. Tried several things like deleting:reinstalling and disconnecting/reconnecting equipment without success. Tried calling but that lead nowhere. One number I was directed to call does not even work.

App literally does not work at all, does not let you log in, does not let you change anything, most of the time doesnt even show the wifi even when it’s connected to your phone. Straight garbage.

I can’t begin to explain how disgusting this app is and how difficult it is to manage anything from usernames to passwords, etc.

Got stuck when I tried to select a time zone. Closed and reopened the app and it won’t recognize my credentials. This is one goofy app that isn’t worth the effort.

Just terrible. It’s 2024 and companies still can’t figure out how to get their apps to work correctly.
