The worst app I have ever use

Il y a des questions difficiles à répondre comme celles de l arrive au Canada sans escale

My Spanish is not so good that I could use arriveCAN in Spanish. And the only iOS-version I get from Appstore is in Spanish and there is no button to change the language to English. I’m a Finnish citizen and travelling to Canada in two weeks. What to do?

Impossible de soumettre un formulaire avec l’application. Même problème survenu en décembre 2021. Obligation de se connecter en ligne avec un ordinateur sans quoi il sera impossible de compléter l’envoi du formulaire. Normal?!

This is a very glitchy app. Freezes often. I usually have to attempt to complete a declaration a few times as I restart the app multiple times because it has frozen.

It was slick fast smooth and very simple fast and easy to use . Not scary or intimidating. 5Star . Very straight forward . A Canadian Product . Use it .

Je pense qu’une explication pour chaque section est nécessaires pour le questionnaire je n’ai jamais voyager c’était compliqué de savoir ce qu’on me demande

I filled out all the required forms in the app. When I arrived at Canada, I was told I had to go to the kiosk to get the reciept. The kiosk asked me all the same questions. The app was a waste of time.
