Why is the app in french?

This app worked well until the last update in May. Now when I try to open it, the screen turns black and it shuts down. This is an older iPad with iOS 9.3.5 . I,ve reload the app and get a message, this app won,t work on an older iPad? All my Kindle books and pdf,s work fine on Kindle but this doesn't,help with my previously downloaded Qst,s

Not Happy. Since the last iOS update, this program crashes when you try to download. This has been going on for months. Not impressed.

App crashes when attempting to download issues of QST. I am a fully paid member so should have full access. Not impressed.

Disappointing way to distribute a magazine. Unlike CQ Mag which allows you access forever to the issues you purchase, this app only allows you access to issues while you are a member. my last renewal only gave me 11 months access to QST's and when I expressed my disappointment, I was told that I got my 12 issues, which I didn't, no discussion. When my iPad crashed, I lost all my issues which I "purchased and can't get them back. aRRL helping Amateurs? or taking our cash? Shame on a once great organization. I can't recommend this model of magazine distribution.

Difficile à utiliser, présentation simpliste. Je n'ai pas réussi à acheter un magazine en ligne. Les prix ne sont pas affiché? Il semble que je dois m'identifier avec le menu gauche, mais rien me permet de m'identifier? Je veux acheter un magazine en ligne via les service d'Apple et non une autre entreprise...

Was a great app, but for the last month it just crashes when you open it. They knew about this on the ARRL web site. Exactly how long does it take to return the app to functionality?

Native app is a vast improvement over web edition (not requiring flash). Needs to be updated to use Newstand.

Despite being a member, checking and confirming my ID and password are correct, the app refuses to authenticate me. I will be deleting the app from my iDevice.
