Consistency unreliable and slow. The old app was wonderful. I had used it for years without a glitch. New features being added to this app such as a useless “are you a human” checkbox that errors out 50% of the time.

The app will crash 4-5 times to make 1 deposit. If I have multiple checks it can take 15-20 minutes to get through them. Very frustrating. This has been happening for more than a year. You’d think they would have it fixed by now.

Zelle is easy to access now.

This new app is so easy to use and love the credit score feature! I also like how I can see all my accounts in one place and it shows me my spending “budget.” I would recommend to anyone I know.

Won’t open on my I-14. Keeps timeing out

Don’t know why they changed the app. Old app was easier to use. New bill pay is a pain in the a!!

Whoever decided to update the app & remove the option to pay our credit card bill online was stupid. Now i have to call in (which i did call in but the money has still not been taken out of my account) or wait 5 days to make a external transfer into my checking account then another transfer to my credit card account. Im never late on my payments so all these extra loops to make payments is ridiculous.

It was ugly but intuitive. Prettier doesn’t mean better.

The PREVIOUS version was user friendly (intuitive!). The new one is NOT…..and it took weeks to get it going!

The latest update is so slow theres no point in mobile banking anymore.
