AMAZING APP

Alongside all Arsenal teams and shops, this app makes a great addition to support the team. Including easy U.I. navigation and every fixture covering men’s, women’s and academy results, tables and fixtures!

Rubbish

Instead of an aid for members it is a confusion of pop ups and ads for paraphernalia

Very frustrating! Never works properly when trying to buy tickets, constantly glitches or kicks you out. Asks for log in multiple times.

Not working as it should

This app looks amazing but my profile does not show everything that the video of the app says. I can’t access my purchases or see my previous tickets. And I have no clue about where to go or who to talk to help me with that

Need fix it

I’m logged in and it doesn’t show the member discount. After the recent update the app is useless. You guys need to fix this things at this this time of the year is unacceptable to have this kind of problem.

App never works

I can’t believe a club like that, so big and they have the worst app I’ve ever seen. Totally rubbish even after thousands of updates. What’s the matter with the developer? Wow, this is too bad to be true. I can’t access my account, my main account has been deleted without my permission. I can’t buy anything. It’s a nightmare.

Recent Update

The recent update has ruined the member section, unable to redeem points or earn them, and difficult to find ticket information - also asking to sign in every time. Please fix this

Poor

New app update is poor. Constantly asks me to resign in, constantly asks to allow cookies, ticket purchasing is no longer in app but goes to web browser. Sloppy.
