This app is unique blend of great meditations, breathwork resources and especially if you have taken the Art of Living programs. Highly recommend as you’re continuing your spiritual Journey

The organization is good and the courses are good, but the folks curating this app follow very shady business practices. It asks you for a membership of 5.99 - you have no idea of what that get you. I signed up for the Journey+ advertised on the website thinking it would get you basic app access - nope… nothing. It’s stunningly ridiculous how deceptive that title is. I’m curious if Guruji even know how the business folks are ruining the reputation

Knowledge, meetups etc.

This is the best investment you can make in yourself. The Journey app is my #1 used app. It’s changing my habits and improving my quality of life in ways I never could have imagined possible before. SKY meditation is so easy and so brilliant. Just do it.

I did the aol course and loved it. Still do the meditation. This app has some useful features but isnt necessary after the course. The issue is no customer support. Staff does not respond to emails or calls: if you have an issue, you are on your own. Surprising considering the nature of the app which supports participants who are teying to implement the method.
