Art of Tea

I had a difficult time completing my order today. My page cap with switching between the regular website and the app.

All of the teas are excellent—most recently the cherry blossom black tea!! I’d like to give my friends the “Drink Tea Be Well sticker. May I buy them online?

The quality of this tea is excellent. It’s delicious, beautiful and healthy. I’m glad I found it.

I email with and issue with previous order. Merchandise was only ten items receive instead of 12. Never was inform what actions were taking.

I absolutely love this tea. Earl Gray Crème is my favorite. On the website they offer a free item sometimes if you spend over 100.00. It’s advertised but won’t let me add it to the order. Also, I have monthly subscription and order points for money off. I tried to order tea for my daughter in ID. $127.00 worth. I could not get the free item or use the money savings. There’s no number to call. No chat button. No way to get assistance.

The teas are so good I keep ordering my favorites and trying new ones that are just as good.

I started getting Art of Tea. I decided to download the app. It was easy to use, and checking out was easy. The five star rating is also for their quality tea products. They have flavors, and equipment to brew a fine tea. Something for everyone’s taste.

I love this app!!! So easy to find the teas I love and all the information I need about each tea. I have learned so much and love being able to order quickly and easily. Also keeps track of my reward points!!

I love the Art of Tea company. It’s my favorite place to buy tea. I was excited for the app for quick and easy ordering. I was disappointed that I cannot find a tea ingredient list, only a description. I like to know exactly what is in each tea not just what it’s like. Also I like to read reviews of others who have ordered to help my decisions on trying new teas. Add these things and it will go to 5 Stars for me.
