OK, I know what you're thinking: this is a bit old school ! However, for those of us with a traditional background.....who have embraced the revolution of MMA and BJJ......or even understand the threat potential of baddies training this stuff., this app is great ! It's interesting, fun to watch and actually you can learn how to do this stuff......(you do need a willing partner preferably who can breakfall......so best to buy the Roy Dean Blue Belt App too ) ........ You can be wrsit locking like an expertt in no time ! Well produced, easy to use.....this app is worth the cash. And to reiterate; I am not a student, friend or relative of Roy....I just took a chance on the app ......
