Artful Agenda

Take it from someone who has tried them ALL. Including paper planners. Notion, google calendar, super expensive custom paper planners and many others. Artful Agenda is the BEST of it all. It combines the best of everything and doesn’t include the bad features. The level of customization this app provides is unbelievable. Feels like a pretty paper planner, functions like the best digital planning app. I love being able to play with color and design. I also am someone who bounces between loving time blocking and checking things off a to-do list, and this app is the best of both worlds. I can sync my work AND personal google calendars, manage tasks, habit track, meal plan, take notes, time block, make lists, journal on my iPad with stylus (handwriting snaps to font text) and SO much more all in one absolutely stunning and aesthetically pleasing app. The ONLY feature this app is missing is the ability to take your tasks and drop them on your calendar in a time block. But they are always making app improvements. I’ve only been using for about 2 months and there has already been updates and improvements. Artful Agenda - you’ve already got yourself a customer for life, but if you see this, I’d love to be able to drop my tasks onto my calendar in a time block😁 if you’re thinking about downloading this app just do it. You will not regret it.

I love this app I’ve been looking for something that links your calendar and let’s you write out tasks and see them in the same place The list function is a game changer. I write basically a brain dump of all the things I need to do for each project in separate lists. Then schedule just a couple of the tasks from the project for the day. This helps me clear my head and not feel overwhelmed at the same time. The ability to change the names of the list sections for the daily view makes it so customizable. I do most of my scheduling and planning for the day on my iPad. But I have to say the layout of the phone app is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Same with the widgets. The changeable themes come through on the apps and the widget. I did the pro trial and I absolutely think it’s worth the money. I offered to pay for my daughters for her college agenda because I think it’s so useful.

I was using this during Covid lockdowns to make sure I was still moviated. I absolutely loved it. I wish there was a one time fee you could pay instead of a subscription. If that was the case I would go back to it in a heartbeat. I love planners. Used paper ones all the time. This was the prefect fit for me and it was very pretty, felt like I was still using my paper ones

There are loads of add ons for this app that seem like SUCH a great idea, but be warned: this company will not provide refunds for things that you cannot use, and it adds up fast. The agenda itself is cute enough, but does not meet the needs of genuinely busy, organized people who want an all-in-one. This is just another run of the mill ‘cute’ calendar, and really nothing more. Neither the app nor the add ons are worth the price being charged. There’s far better out there, from companies who value their users.

I hope I get a refund because I signed up for the trial but was charged the yearly fee.

I love that Artful Agenda syncs so easy with iCal. The stickers transfer easily. I love using the Apple PencilI. I used it on my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro 12.9 and my iPhone. It works seamlessly. Now upcoming features of uploading my own stickers and tracking habits. Definitely recommend.

I love the style of a paper planning, but felt like I was duplicating my electronic calendars. Always felt like I was switching between multiple calendars. This is the solution! It has the aesthetics and feel of a paper planner with the syncing of multiple electronic calendars.

Stil on the free trial but I am going to keep it for the year! It love it and it’s paperless

Ive been using this calendar for a week and a half now. I do not have premium but an trying the free trial and have noticed some issues with scheduling- The times I set it to change constantly and when i try to change it back its a whole nightmare. For that I do not think I will continue with this app but other than that one issue i have i love the functionality and it works fantastically! The stickers and fun patterns are a really nice touch of customization.
