Artist - Powerful Photo Editor

I purchased an annual subscription and it keeps asking me to buy Pro. It isn’t recognizing my subscription. I deleted the app and reinstalled with the same problem. When I attempt to “restore” it just gets stuck in a processing mode. I tried to contact them on the app and it keeps showing “failed to send” message.

Was great until recently. I pay yearly however it won’t connect and I click to restore purchases and it just spins forever. Can’t use the pro features even though I paid for them.

Not an effective app. There are a lot of bugs.

I was a huge fan until the recent renewal. It bugged out. I deleted and tried to reset and it’s saying I never paid the renewal, and yet I see the charge off iTunes and my account. When I try to hit restore purchase it just stays stuck on a thinking wheel and nothing happens (waited 30 mins for it to load and then it glitched). I’ve been at this for over a week. I think I’m done with this app. I tried.

Hey, I really enjoyed this app a lot but it’s been bugging for the past few months and not allowing me to sign in and use my premium subscription. Having paid for the entire year, i’m a little frustrated. if the developers see this and help me get access back, i’d be happy to change my review.

needs another update for bug fixes, used to be my favorite app for all my pictures, now i cant get anything to load or work within the app

Not worth paying this much if I keep getting network error codes to edit. Fix or refund anyone still here.

too expensive

I’ve had this for a while and it was fine at first. Now nearly everything is “premium only” and even when I make a layout or edit a picture it doesn’t even save the picture properly now. I get a corner of the picture and it never fixes itself. It’s more of a hassle and headache now and I’m deleting it. Hopefully before you think to download this you save yourself the frustration and try a different editing app.
