Always appearing this message once opening the app “sorry, there was a problem with your request. Tap refresh to try again.”

I haven’t even been able to USE this app because making an account is literally impossible. You get greeted to a blank navy screen and after you refresh the app 7 times it finally works! Time to make an account put in your email and verify… oh I got directed to another blank navy screen. This time, no matter how much i refresh google, nothing happens. It’s like you guys are actively TRYING to kill your app. I’ve only ever heard bad things about Artstation and the fact I can’t even make an account this app is so useless. Get your app together.

In the past I could open the app and casually browse amazing artworks, but an update recently revised that. Currently the app requires users to login prior to browsing which is okay I suppose if it were working. Some sort of bug prevents me from logging into my email account. I click “Sign In with Email” and after a few seconds a black screen appears. I typically don’t type reviews, but this is such a baffling situation that I had to mention it here. I noticed this major issue yesterday on December 30, 2024.

Sort of works but, the notifications are broken. Some pages won’t allow me to scroll beyond a certain point and will begin glitching out.

Total brain children coded the password reset to require you to know your forgotten password. Liberal arts degree and AI dependent , makes sense.

Unable to sign in with my PlayStation credentials. Basically Lego and apple are the only other ways to login but hitting PlayStation does nothing. iPhone 16 PM updated, this needs addressed otherwise I need to use mobile web.

Since I downloaded the app, I had been getting tons of emails from scammers who claimed to want to buy my art as NFTs. Aside from that, things on the app don’t load very well, like when I tried to edit a post it took almost a day to update. However, my art did get a decent amount of attention. I still don’t recommend this app to artists looking to sell art.

The site displays absolutely nothing whatsoever on my iphone’s web browser, so I decided to try the app and see if it displays anything, but it only lets you access content if you sign up for an account, something I have absolutely no plans on doing since I’m not uploading art. Even Deviantart’s awful mobile app doesn’t make you do this! I’d give it zero stars if such a rating was possible.

I found art station primarily as a way of purchasing professionally licensed reference photos for use in my own art. The app does not give you any way to access your purchased content. The other use was to find other artists with similar interests, but the app has been flooded with AI counterfeits, making that impossible as well.
