Terrible customer service
I have looked at this app a couple of times, however when I tried to access it, I got a message saying my subscription was not valid, I checked this and it was. When I tried to log in, it sent a code to my phone, but the number was incorrect so I could not access the code and therefore no way of logging in. I have tried to contact the team but as it was a weekend there was no response and it took a few days to get a response, which is of course lost days in my subscription. It was probably me that typed my phone number wrong, as it takes off the “0” and if you don’t notice this, you’ll lose your last digit, but there should be an alternative way to log in if the access code doesn’t work, or there should be a way to log in to the website and update your details there. After 4 days of not being able to access the app, they still hadn’t sorted it out
