Worst banking app

Cannot open account from iPhone & android also.

Application says iPhone is Jail Broken

So I accessed my bank today, it gave me a notification that the app doesn’t support jailbroken phones. I have never altered my iPhone iOS, it’s never been connected to a computer for it to get jail broken, and this can’t happen on its own. Kindly check if your application needs an update as I cannot access the application after updating my iPhone.

needs improvement in UX design

The app itself is not bad but it falls behind in terms of features compared to other banks. Apart from that it needs major improvements in UX design for a better user experience

Can’t register

It took like 30 minutes to upload a cpr. And now when I try to upload a signature , nothing happens . Please fix this issue.
