They stole my coins.

Been using Ascendex since 2019. Held coins there for years without issues You have one annoying tho, for months now, please fix it: I can’t paste my password on the login page.. this makes the app useless for me, cause I use random generated passwords and I don’t wanna type 100 characters every time I log in 4 stars until you fix this

This app is broken

After this last update, the app doesn’t open at all. Please fix this, I don’t have acces to my account.

Due to a poor market situation, I hadn't logged into my account for a while, and they ended up locking it. They told me that I needed to provide a series of complicated documents for verification. The account was registered many years ago using a friend's information, but my friend has since passed away, so I'm unable to provide the required documents. As a result, they essentially took away the tens of thousands of dollars in the account. They won't listen to my explanation, and I am extremely angry!

Rollback frequently, frozen your account for no reason

I think it’s pretty dumb that you can 100X Bitcoin but can’t 21X cardano. Cardano was the only crypto I traded and I always used 40X. Now I can’t so I won’t be using this app anymore until they stop trying to manage our risk for us.

Very good exchange I’m glad they let all the early u.s user stay

Stay away…they stole around $4000 US and crypto from me. Sent several emails…nothing. It’s been months now.
