最初英語で戸惑いましたが日本語に出来ました
ダウンロードしたら英語設定で即アンインストールしようかと思いましたが、account &settingsのPreferencesから言語設定変えられました。そうしたら後は普通に使えて文句なしです。

Automatically logs out frequently, and Login screen misleads to new sign up screen. There is a badge on my app icon, but do not see any notification inside. They should test more before releasing an update.
How stupid it is. I have to enter ID and password every time when I launch this app. Very annoying

When will you have Map view?
I actively used this app for my bookings with Ascott properties in Singapore. However of my 2 stays, both properties does not really use the app. It is good for my own tracking but in reality not very useful compared to other hotel apps. 1st stay at LYF. Lyf has their own app which you must download to check in. lyf’s app makes ASR app feel alot more boomer. They have digital phone key for access and a chat box to communicate with the reception people. Well great no chance to use ASR app at all. 2nd stay at ascott orchard: so when i first got this app, i added my prior reservations in - so i booked studio premiere suite but on the app they put one bedroom premiere suite. Okay i thought was an auto double upgrade due to my platinum status. But at check in, the reception does not recognise the app’s information and insisted to go with the original booking. I still have the screenshot. They say there might be an issue with the app hence i wasnt given the one bedroom premiere suite. Great I was played around by the app. Or so I thought... But now it looks like the app loves giving me the double upgrade that i will likely not get as i am again auto upgraded to the 2 bedroom premiere suite. Wow! I can’t wait to see if the hotel will honor this. But if it doesnt and continue insisting that the app is glitching,... then perhaps its time to delete the app. The app cant be going around giving double upgrades only for the upgrade to be not honored on the day of check in. Thats just like my ex bf who overpromises and underdelivers.
Great to be able to manage my bookings and membership account altogether
