This app is terrible you're unable to copy and paste your passwords in and it doesn't give you the option to get the passwords from any of the install password Services that's one reason to dump this mobile network I'm just unhappy with it I shouldn't have to go through a hell of a rigmarole of copying and pasting and trying to remember my password but I can just copy and paste it from Firefox or use iOS built-in password manager so you've lost me as a customer I would've stayed with this network for a long time but I'm done with it, And another thing is why you giving me captures to solve when I'm trying to login over the Internet in the browser I mean what the hell are you thinking you're driving your customers away forcing them to fill in a capture to log into their account is a disgrace, I'm over 50 years old I just refuse to put up with this crap from corporate companies in my life if you make it difficult for me to use your products and I just won't use them

Nothing works so you still have to faff about calling a barely English speaker and get your card out to top up or add data. Embarrassing app

Have tried to complete several functions on the app and it simply doesn’t work. Use the website instead.

I’ve had an account for 3 years and during time it’s been good then stopped working then was good and for the last 6 months or so it won’t even move past the welcome screen, when I called up even the call centre staff know it’s useless an d tell you not to use it! As stated it’s rubbish.

Main problem… every time I register a payment card it simply disappears. Every time I re enter the card details I land straight back at the “register a card” page with no registered cards.

Scam asda mobile I brought a preloaded sim but this sim coming empty I made complaint but after one week the asda mobile staff refuse to solve that isue. That means is a scam

All I want to do is top up my phone the £10 bundle for Unlimited Calls, Unlimited Texts and 12GB of Data but when I press the oayment button all it does it goes back to the bundles page and does nothing. Thank God they didn’t take the money out of my bank account as I would be fuming. So every time now I have to call them which I really don’t want to do. When I ring I will be askong if I can leave some feedback or a complaint about this crap app. I really needed to top up my phone last night it but I couldn’t do it because of this stupid bug that Asda Mobile haven’t updated. Will never use it again if they don’t sort it out at some point. Fedup with problems all the time. I just want to get things done. SORT IT OUT AND UPDATE THE APP. 😡

Shocking. Absolute rubbish, stole money from me at every turn. DO NOT USE ASDA MOBILE. They are worse than EE payg. Bottom feeders.

Useful for checking my balance but would not allow me to change or delete my payment method. Was able to do it through ASDA website.

This app deserves minus 5 stars for the inability to contact anyone for help on call problems. They promise to call back to check if the problem is solved but they never do and leave one stranded without phone service. Appalling way to treat customers.
