The credits system is kinda rough
The app itself is not bad and works well (mostly on a computer browser) but for you to see and/or send a message you have to pay with credits (makes sense, that way there is a lesser chance of you stumbling in with a catfish), the problem with that is the amounts of credits you are able to buy, for example: if someone sends me a message and I just want to read it (let’s say that’s about 8 credits) I cannot just buy 8 credits, I need to buy at least 100. Btw, it’s really funny how this app has no moral barriers, for women who seek man, everyone of these actions are free, but for the rest it’s all paid, meaning if you’re a straight man or a gay man/woman, you will have to pay (a bit homophobic even…)

Fraud company and app
This App is a scamming app. Fake profiles asking you to write a message because message is how they make money. How the credits will be used is not explained in details. There is no customer service to report billing issues. Moving over to another app soon.
Hidden Charges & Fake Profiles – Beware!
I was charged $325.49 without clear warning or confirmation while using the Ashley Madison app. The interface is misleading, and I couldn’t cancel the transaction after realizing the mistake. To make things worse, most of the profiles on the app are fake or scammers — mostly men pretending to be someone else. This app is a complete scam. Avoid it at all costs.
