I tried to open the app in my ios. I hit with an error; the error indicating [HD] : 9003 and a “Confirm” button. When click on the confirm button it will close the app.

Lousy app, once u key in membership number u cant proceed with ur details for booking

I’ve just made a booking through the app. However, when I click confirm, the app kept prompting me to check adult 1. When I exclude myself as passenger and key-Ed in the exact informations. Then it’s accepted. It’s a little confusing to what I did wrong. Would appreciate if you take a look :)

Was not able to move on to the Next page after filling up an International flight with cities, return dates, class entered. It’s either hung on me or unmeaningful error msg which shows the website site link. I have to book a flight with Korea. Air instead

While the interface is good, the connection to the booking system is bad. Check in services says booking reference is wrong but the check reservation functions works. It worked online but advance seating arrangement did not work. It is extremely frustrating and meaningless, compared to other airlines app....this one definitely have lots of rooms for improvement.

일짜별로 항공권금액이 잘 표시되어서 너무좋았음 아쉬운점은 애기들 항공권 도 부모(보호자 )회원으로 적립되었으면 더좋을탠대
