Garbage
This app only makes employees look worse than they are. The way they calculate ratings is a joke. Any 4 star company on this app, would be calculated as a 2 star.

This app used at my company has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've come across. It is used to determine whether we receive a raise or promotion, but it desperately needs a two-sided operating system. One side should be dedicated to customers, allowing them to rate their experience with the company. The other side should be for workers, enabling them to receive fair ratings for the services they provide in someone's home. It is not fair that an employee can receive a low rating simply because a customer disagrees with company policies. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, as it undermines the fairness that should be the foundation of this app.
Absolutely horrible app. Unless you’re looking to work your employees to the bone and demoralize them by telling them it’s their fault when they get and 8 and their score goes down. The whole business model is based off of their proprietary algorithm that doesn’t make any sense when applied to this field. It’s been well over a year and I still get bad reviews for “scheduling/call center” when I have nothing to do with that. Maybe put some effort into your app so your clients can actually get data that is accurate and makes sense.
I have great insight into the feedback my teams get and am able to ensure our customers are happy.
The AskNicely platform is built for actually improving CX and is simple to use. What’s not to like? Look at their customer stories which share how other businesses got incredible results.
The amount your score drops after getting even a passive grade is insane! Let alone when you earn a 9/10 your score only goes up .1 While dropping multiple points for a negative. That’s absurd! Not to mention how much people hate giving 10s to begin with. Most people fall in the 7/8 camp especially if it’s a new service experience. Aptive technician here btw.
Hey Guys - I usually do not write reviews but the amount of support I receive from the Ask Nicely team has been AMAZING!! France Dreyer and Justin Quatermaine have been incredible. Super fast responses and they get the job done. Love the REAL TIME customer feedback has really improved our company’s Customer Experience. Thanks AN!!! - Joe
they do it different, and better. the other reviews look like a trolling mission of sorts but AskNicely isn’t the issue. instantaneous feedback to the company frontline is powerful.
I constantly get bad marks because customers think they are grading the company overall instead of the technician individually. This is a ridiculously glitchy broken system and I’ve been getting everyone I can to give it a one star review of the app ends up in the trash can . I can’t believe a company like Aptive actually uses this.
Honestly, my score tends to drop significantly because the customer think it's a way to review the whole company, when it's not. I've gotten great compliments on my service, yet earned a 0 for something completely unrelated to the services I performed.
