The Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre (ASPC) website can now be viewed through this iPhone app. You can quickly navigate through thousands of properties, using the same familiar features as aspc.co.uk. You can search by location, address, postcode or reference number. At a single touch, for each property you can view the complete schedule, photos, pinpoint the location on a map and share the property with friends and family. With a myASPC account you can view home reports, save your favourite properties as you go and receive email updates letting you know about important changes such as a price change or closing date. Use the saved search feature to set up property email alerts, ensuring you’re first to know about properties matching your requirements as they come on the market.

For over 50 years, ASPC (a not for profit organisation) has been the leading force in property marketing, serving the North East public in association with its member firms, to provide a highly effective and respected service. Bringing sellers and buyers together.

Each property listed with ASPC also features in Property Register, printed fortnightly and available from numerous local outlets. All properties can also be viewed in our property Centre at dedicated search terminals with printing facilities.

Terrible

Extremely clunky, don’t see the point in the app. Crashes all the time. Best off using web browser.

Please let Rightmove do this

This is a terrible app and website, hard to search, doesn’t save searches. I have no idea why Aberdeen is the only town in the U.K. that has a separate house sale system from Rightmove or Zoopla - these companies spent millions developing their apps and are good at it, let them do it instead of creating a substandard version. No wonder the Aberdeen property market has slumped!

Needs an update

Used to work okay but lately the app has became unresponsive. Such a shame but at least they still do the thick ASPC paper with all the properties.

Won’t even load

Downloaded but won’t even load up, only a white screen

Terrible app and website.

I used to use the app and website with no problems. But now the whole system fails this app is terrible. Not really sure how you find a property with ASPC anymore. I tried finding a property recently in my area but kept ending up with all properties in their system regardless of how small a circle I drew on the map. Disappointed.

Updated and worse than ever!

Absolutely terrible! Oh my, you all must be so proud. Amazingly you have made a terrible “new app” even worse. Are you trying to force buyers and sellers to use other platforms. I know I would not be happy if I was one of your members with this piece of crap! Revert back to the version from a few years back and listen to your customers!

Not Again

How many times have you got to change this app? Used to be great in the past but every time it gets updated it get worse and worse. Leave the ####### thing alone. Oops, sorry for swearing. The amount of bad reviews must tell you something.

Horrible update

This used to be a great app but is now utter dog S**t.

Get back to the old version

Rubbish the older version was better this is just like a mobile version but as an app doesn’t save last searches get it fixed

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it

I used to say the ASPC app beat all the other property apps. For some reason, it’s been mucked about with and now I have to login every time I use the app, there’s no back button, and there is no fine selection for property types. It’s such a shame!!!
