There’s no way to get this app to remember my (long) library card #, or my pin… I need to annoyingly input them both each time I want to use the app (there’s no access to facial recognition, either). Also, and this is a biggie: for some reason this app automatically checks out magazines without my knowledge from another app called Libby. We’re talking 4-5 magazines a week! What the heck?!!

Won’t load after update

Super slow. Cannot add multiple cards to manage. I don’t understand why this is so glitchy. Very frustrating. I don’t know who in local government chose this platform. But it’s terrible.

This app constantly crashes and indicates a problem. Following this I have to re-enter my library card, a long number no easily remembered, and my pin. None of this gets saved in a my password feature on iPhone. This is very annoying and usually happens at the worst time when I most want to check to see if the library has a book. Fix this please, or at least save my login info in the iPhone so I don’t have to go find my card and re enter it!

App does not load categories

The app does what it needs to do however the load time when opening the app is very slow. Based on the loading time for opening the app, 3 stars.

When I click the app it immediately crashes so I am not able to use it.

It used to open and was usable but not anymore. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, and still it doesn’t open. Well, when it used to work, it was good, a little slow to open, but otherwise functional and frequently used. I’d like to get back to using the app instead of logging into my account via a URL. Any help on how to fix this app problem?

I love the connection to my library system but if it won’t open it is useless!
