This app is great. The barcode scanner works great. Everything about the app is easy to use just like the website. Only thing about the app that isn't great is there is some bugs that could use a fix. The first thing that I have run into are when you open the barcode scanner it sometimes delays a few seconds before bringing the camera up, whereas other times it will be immediately (iPhone 6/6s). Second, there was one time when I used the barcode it returned item not found, but after restarting the app it found the item no problem (iPhone 6s). Lastly the app has simply crashed on me a few times (iPhone 6). If these bugs are fixed this is a 5 star app.

App is garbage. Running from a desktop it refreshes every time you do something on the page so you have to scroll back down to whatever you was working on. Gets old real fast when you have to do it repeatedly for a large order. Decides to reorganize everything on its own and no way to change the way things are listed on page. Just a pain to use all in all. Can’t even use the support portal to try and figure something out.

I am literally unable to use this app to sign out students after the latest update because instead of student names it will only show serial numbers. I am completely over run with backed up inventory work because of this abomination of an update. Here I am, 4 days later and still unable to use this app.

This seems like it should be a fundamental part of the app. New user downloads app. App asks you to login - but there is absolutely no way to create an account. ...

Your app is working now after update. It won’t allow for scans

Good app when it works. New version crashes when record is pulled up to edit. Using iPhone 7 Plus , iOS 12.4

The app does what I need it to. It just tends to be on the slow side. Need some improvement to load times so it’s not a 15 second wait every time I open the app to scan a barcode.
